Trained close to 100 embryologists making them proficient in evaluating the cause of infertility, carrying out ovum pickups, embryo transfers, cryopreservation and made them competent embryologist. Extensive experience covers 5000 ovum pickups and over 8000 embryo transfers. Previously served as the In-Charge of Embryology Training & Lab manager in the field of embryology (Sep 2014 Jan 2021) and worked at Neerja Hospital, Sikar as a Director and Consultant Embryologist (Jan 2021-Oct 2022).

Responsible for training & guiding every single embryologist before they were assigned to their respective centers across India. As and when number of centres grew, my responsibility further increased to keep track of all the centres, maintain embryology services by embryologist to give consistently excellent result.
Responsibilities as a In-Charge of Embryology Training & Development: Trained more than 100 embryologists in embryology
Trained International faculties from around the world including countries like Ethiopia, Namibia, Zambia, Kenya, Philippines, Bangladesh, Malaysia & Nepal Performed more than 5000 ovum pickups and 5000 embryo transfers. Remotely (aver video calls) guided the embryologists. across India on ovum pick up & embryo transfer, while they handled intricate cases and achieved a hide success rate.
